Method
Our Recruitment process consists of a 6 step plan.
1) Matching
Once we receive your CV, we will match it with one of the available vacancies. Our first selection is based on experience, education and job level. In addition, we conduct a short telephone intake where we immediately plan the appointment for the personal introduction.
2) Interview
In this interview we meet with the candidate and discuss the job and profile in person. We also pay attention to match culture between the candidate, client and Flexfitters.
3) Reference check
We take a minimum of 2 references from each candidate.
4) Introduction to company
The candidate is introduced to our client by means of a CV, including references and a personal description.
5) Job interview
The candidate is invited for a job interview. Upon request, one of our consultants will be able to attend.
6) Assumption
Of course we do not forget our candidates; You will see us regularly and you can always come and see us with any questions.

We are centrally located in the Netherlands so we can cover each and every corner in the country.
