The Automotive industry has been a tough and forgotten market during recent years. The need for flexible staffing is therefore growing considerably. Renowned employment agencies, however, do not have personnel with the right qualities to fully meet this need in demand. To cope with the peak periods around the tire change, we started with FlexFitters in 2013, with the training and mediation of tire mechanics.
