Our Recruitment process consists of a 6 step plan.
1) Your wishes
We take your requirement(s) and create unique job descriptions. In consultation with you, we make a candidate and job profile and we determine the desired “blood group”
2) Activation vacancy
The job will be activated within the FlexFitters network and on various online channels.
3) Selection of candidates
Candidates are initially assessed via a telephone intake, followed by a reference check. Face to face interviews are then conducted with the selected candidates.
4) Proposal candidate
The proposal includes an outlined personal candidate description, the desired references and a CV, which will be sent to you by email.
5) Interview with candidate
The candidate is invited for a job interview on a selected day and time.
6) Invoicing
On the first day of employment of the candidate, we will send you the invoice
Guarantee
We give a 2 months guarantee on the placement of each candidate. During this period, the Recruitment fee is amortized on a straight-line basis. If the candidate or the client decides to terminate the employment within the period of 2 months for any reason, we will send a credit based on the above guarantee.

Flexfitters recruits all functions and levels within the Automotive. You can think of: Autotechnicians, APK (MOT) Inspectors, Warehouse Employees, Cleaners, Warehouse Managers, Aftersales Managers, Service Advisors, Account Managers, Sales Consultants, Company Directors etc.
